Wellness Therapy

Hello, welcome to our next big dream, Helpmeorganics Wellness Therapy. I have been a holistic therapist for a very long time and have been soothing and calming your muscles for 30 years. Aromatherapy massage and reflexology are excellent at helping you to relax. Still, I want to help you more so I have trained to be a Mindfulness Practitioner and Meditation Practitioner alongside becoming a Reiki Master Teacher.

Mindfulness is maintaining a moment-by-moment awareness of our thoughts, feelings, body sensations, and surrounding environment, through a gentle nurturing lens. It is easier to be in the present moment when focusing on what you can see, hear, smell, feel, and, in some cases, taste. We concentrate on our breath to allow our thoughts to be still.

Emotional Freedom Technique (or EFT) is an acupressure technique where we “tap” on meridian points to relieve blockages along with our energy. We combine gentle tapping with words and phrases to focus attention on the matter at hand.

Meditation is a practise of focusing your mind for some time to help increase both physical and mental peace and calm.

Reiki is an energy healing therapy that promotes relaxation, reduces stress and anxiety by gentle touch. Energy is all around us, this is the life force energy. Every living thing is made of energy, Reiki works within your energy to begin to heal and restore.

The Wellness Therapy session begins with an informal consultation to find out what you want to achieve from the sessions, each session begins with mindful breathing to allow your body to relax. During the Wellness Therapy, you will have reflexology alongside one of the above therapies, we will decide together which therapy will be best for you at that present moment.
