Hello, welcome to our next big dream, Wellness Therapies. I have been a holistic therapist for a very long time and have been soothing and calming your muscles for 27 years. Aromatherapy massage and reflexology are excellent at helping you to relax but I want to help you more so I have trained to be a Mindfulness Practitioner and Meditation Practitioner alongside becoming a Reiki Master Teacher.

I have plans to help with anxiety, emotional overload and to help you improve your sense of wellbeing, I hope to have Simply Relaxing’s Wellness Therapies available this summer 2022 so keep an eye but don’t worry as I will be letting you know all about it very soon xx
