Using Aromatherapy to keep you happy and healthy!

During this time of year, with the days becoming shorter, it is very important to protect you and your family from seasonal cold and flu viruses.  Using the protective essential oils in your home or workplace can be a major preventative measure.  Eucalyptus, Tea Tree and Lavender essential oils have antivirus, antiseptic and anti bacterial benefits.  By placing 2/3 drops of each oil in a little pool of water on a small dish/bowl or saucer around the house really helps to gently infuse your home with their wonderfully aromas.

If you are struggling to sleep, by placing 2/3 drops of Lavender oil in a bowl in your bedroom, you will inhale throughtout the night.

For people who struggle with SAD syndrome, Mandarin oil is an excellent essential in include in your bowls, it is a cheery oil and if you close your eyes gives the feeling of summer.
