UPDATE ON THE T&CS
To keep you covid safe, I have to leave a ventilation gap between appointments. Recently, too many customers have failed to come for their appointments even though I send a reminder/covid appliance email, text, message which is causing lots of issues. So from now on, if you fail to let me know you cannot make your appointment or give me less than 24 hours’ notice, I reserve the right to charge you 50% of the cost of the appointment. I am so sorry that i have to do this but it has got to the point that I have to.
PRICE INCREASE
I have managed to keep my prices stable during the last 2 years but, due to everything costing more, there will be a small price increase on the 1st January 2022. I have a new price list in the salon and the prices will be updated on the website on the 31st December 2021.
GIFT VOUCHERS
Don’t forget that if you were given a gift voucher before and including Christmas 2021, the voucher is valid until 31.12.21. This also includes vouchers bought up to the 14th of April 2021. If you are unsure, please ask me but please keep your voucher safe as you will need to bring it with you.
CHRISTMAS SHOPPING
To keep everyone feeling safe and relaxed about coming to have a treatment or visit The Aromatherapy Shop, I am opening on the four Saturdays before Christmas, not for treatments but so that you can pop in to buy a gift or gift voucher.
