Firstly we have made changes to our Reiki treatment, you have the choice to book a 30 minute “top up” session or a deeper longer hour treatment if you are feeling low or need help to relax.  There is also a new Lava Warming Back massage,  we use a Lava shell to increase the effectiveness of our Back neck and shoulder massage, if you are finding have a massage too painful, then by using the warmth from the shell,  we can ease muscular tension and soothe your nerve pathways.
