Autumn

As the wheel turns once again from summer to autumn, it is important to protect your immune system.

The days begin to shorten, gradually, but this affects our lymphatic system and we can become prone to coughs and colds, but you can support your immune system.

  • spend lots of time outdoors, absorbing the last rays of summer. The fresh air helps to clear your sinuses and improves your sense of wellbeing. Activity, too, keeps your circulation moving. Lymph is moved around your body by breathing and movement, so this helps to protect against seasonal colds.

By doing this, you are connecting with autumn positively, not just seeing a loss of summer days but relishing those misty mornings and warm sunny afternoons.
